Refund & Return Policy

All items at Virtuous Collective are made by personal request, which means all sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if an error occurs on our part (such as a wrong item, defect, or fulfillment mistake), contact us at least 7 days after delivery and we will make it right by offering a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 5 hours of purchase. After this window, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests as production will have already begun.
