Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. We ship via USPS and offer the following services:
- USPS Ground Advantage (3–5 business days)
- USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days)
- USPS Priority Mail Express (1–2 business days, overnight to most locations)
Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $75.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly on the USPS website.
Shipping Delays Virtuous Collective is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at angie@faithbyangie.com and we'll do our best to help.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Taxes and Duties All applicable taxes and duties are included in the final price at checkout. International customers will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.
